Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. return policy

We only accept returns If you receive an incorrect item. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

 

If your package is incorrectly due to our factory's error, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to proceed with sending your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
