If you want to change the shipping address, please contact us at support@blueconix.com within 24 hours after placing orders. After 24 hours, your shipping address cannot be changed.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any Archives item(s), please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process. Archives items will be shipped separately from regular items

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS, DHL or UPS to ship to most locations. 

Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
